SRX15931953: RNAseq of PDX C2438-1234
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 106.7M spots, 26.7G bases, 8.6Gb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from flash-frozen PDX tissue using the Allprep kit (Qiagen). ssRNAseq libraries were prepared and sequenced on a HiSeq2500 sequencer, pooling 3 samples per sequencing lane. RNAseq libraries were aligned using the STAR pipeline version 2.4.2a
